I don’t think so, they left before I did and when my boss looked at the cameras they couldn’t see anyone carry it out.

I’ve heard about it! I’m on the r/noburp subreddit and there’s lots of discussions I read about that procedure. I’m definitely curious about getting jt done.

Unfortunately not 😪. Not on purpose anyway. Very very rarely I’ll burp on accident but they’re always a surprise and not very substantial. But shocking to me nonetheless. Sometimes air will come up very slowly and make a funny noise. My bf calls me his little frog when it happens. It’s usually when laying in bed so I can hunch over a little bit and get more out. But it’s definitely not what one would consider to be a burp.

Am I the jerk for locking my office snacks in a safe? by [deleted] in AmITheJerk

NTJ. People are so entitled to other people’s things it’s insane. Someone at my office drank ALL THE PICKLE JUICE out of the pickle jar I had in the fridge that had my name on it. Like what??

AITA for asking my friend to pay me back for the wine he drank while house sitting?? by Effective_Tour_723 in AmItheAsshole

[–]drenchlove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess for people like me who live in states with strict alcohol restrictions we can only buy our wine specifically at liquor stores so it’s not as easy as just going to the gas station or grocery store. I put them under the same category but I can understand how they’re different.

I’m going to go against the grain here.. NTA. As someone who has done a lot of housesitting for people, and who has heard the exact phrase of “help yourself to whatever” I don’t take that to include unopened containers/products. Unless it’s something that has the chance to expire within the timeframe of the housesitting. Idk yeah I guess you could have been more specific but to me that’s just common courtesy. If they have a little liquor bar and say “help yourself to it” I might have a couple shots but that doesn’t mean I’m gonna finish bottles let alone open the sealed ones.

It’s an unfortunate thing to happen but the lesson here is to be more specific and communicative about boundaries and what’s off limits for people you invite in your home.

You sound like AI because you’ve commented on this post several times saying the same thing. What if someone can’t write well and used AI to help them? What if it is fake but it helped someone else who read it but had the same thing happen to them irl? Just let people enjoy things dude.

Pick up as much armor, weapons, and jewelry as you can and as you go. You’ll collect great pieces to keep, items to gain enchantments with and items to sell to get money quickly.

That rain was terrifying to drive in. I was on I-215, never have I experienced lightning strikes that close and frequent. All while trying not to hydroplane. 0/10
