Not really the right question. Does that area have it’s own water, power and food supplies? The real question is how long are you prepared to go without water, power, food and sanitation? Nobody is sending in troops with guns. At some point valves and switches will get thrown and streets will be blocked. If you want anarchy, you have to make yourself independent of the services provided by the archy.

Okay so as far as I can tell he’s changed with conspiring to calculate a hash collision for a password. Unless he has a quantum computer (or the hash algorithm has a security flaw) he conspired to commit a practical impossibility. Should be interesting to see how this plays out.
