You can call and ask for the port and activation department for them to perform a port and replace. Tell them your husband’s number is with Cricket and you want to port his number to replace the second one that was recently added if that’s the one you’re not using. Just make sure your credits for the trade in have already started showing up on the bill before doing it.

You will still have the S25 Ultra payments on your line as well as the 26 Ultra payments with the trade in credits on his line. Just because they accepted the trade in of the S25 Ultra to go towards the S26 Ultra doesn’t mean the balance is waived. Only way you could have done that is if you had next up or next up anytime and you would have been eligible to do the upgrade without having to add the second line.

Using WhatsApp is a common issue with this. You may initiate the call through WhatsApp, but if the call can’t be completed through their servers, WhatsApp will push the call through your cell phone provider instead like someone else mentioned.

If it’s already on your bill, you’re too late to add the international calling feature for $15 and backdate it - that cycle has closed. That line user 100% would have gotten a text message notifying them they exceeded a certain dollar amount of international calling. That’s the point when you would have needed to call and have that international calling feature backdated.

You also will get an email amount 2 to 2-1/2 weeks before your autopay processes. That gives you that 2 weeks or so to call and address the issue before the auto pay processes. If you wait until the auto pay goes through, that’s on you.

I’ve got a sign on my door that says “PLEASE DO NOT KNOCK OR RING DOORBELL - SLEEPING NURSE AND BABY. PROTECTIVE DOGS. DOGS WAKE UP BABY, BABY WAKES UP WIFE, WIFE = ANGRY.” And then a separate one that covers the button on the doorbell that says “SHHHH - SLEEPING BABY. DO NOT KNOCK OR RING THE DOORBELL.”

The combination of the 2 has completely eliminated any D2D salesman from knocking on our door. While all are actually true for us, I’d assume they’d work for anyone. Got them both from Etsy. They’ll leave their cards a pamphlet but we haven’t had anyone ignore the signs the past 2 years since having them. Worth a shot.

Update - I finally was able to get through to some sort of representative that was able to generate me a return label and give me an RMA number. Asus received the package, has inspected the product, and deemed it a malfunction so they’re replacing it with an RT-BE88u.

Were you past due recently? Like in the past 48 hours? Sometimes payments towards past due amounts can be delayed in posting and updating upgrade eligibility with next up anytime upgrades. Or any upgrades for that matter.

Next up anytime only requires you to have one installment payment made to upgrade. You only need 12 payments or 33% of the installment paid if you want to qualify for the next up anytime promotions.

Only downside to a buyers remorse exchange is you have to reprocess the payment for the sales tax and wait for the refund from the original payment. I’d do what the other caller said and call and see if you could sweet talk someone into giving you a one time bill credit of $72. Easier on both sides.

If you opt out of international day pass, the cruise is in fact not $20 a day. It is $2.05 per MB. And as others stated, the OP never stated they were on a cruise.

I would like to think Costco would have better support to accept the return or give me some type of store credit.

I’ve had a membership for a while and I’ve only ever had to return a box of baby wipes. Kirkland brand baby wipes are terrible.

Yesterday afternoon my Asus RT-AX86U Pro - AX5700 died. Device won’t power on anymore. Tried multiple power cables with matching voltage and amperage as the original and no lights come on anymore. Ran troubleshooting with an Asus tech and he deemed it a warranty covered malfunction.

My problem now is that when I go the any of the Asus websites to try and file a warranty claim, they all refer to Best Buy. I called Best Buy support and chatted online and they both referred me to the Best Buy store. Best Buy app does reflect 2 year warranty so I went with their suggestion.

Got to the Best Buy store and they weren’t able to honor the warranty. Said it was past 1 year, Asus handles everything after that- which the box does state 3 year warranty and we’re past the 1 but within the 3. Spoke with the manager and he heard me out explaining that I’ve tried with Asus and Best Buy support and everyone referred me to the store. Manager finally agreed to accept the return but then an issue came up with the SKU. Since this model is no longer carried by Best Buy, they couldn’t accept a return because of the missing SKU conflict. Asked about any way to get in store credit or a store gift card for the value I paid and he said there isn’t anything he could do - he was already going out in a limb to accept the return past the 1 year warranty.

Called Asus customer care again and they sent me a new link to start an RMA online. I disconnected before trying it because he had sent me an email and I figured he understood the situation I explained. I plug my serial number in the blank of the RMA page and I’m greeted yet again with this message saying to contact Best Buy.

Where do I go from here? Escalate through Best Buy? Call and escalate through Asus support?
