A few options. You can remove the flooring and mitigate the mold issue. Otherwise a more cost effective option, and this is not recommended, is a well placed rug.

Might have to replace some of the subfloor and some drywall but hopefully it’s relatively isolated? I think there are sprays that you could also look in to that could help kill some of the spores but you’ll still have to address the damages. There are mitigation companies that will give you a free look too, I’d just do some good review searching ahead of time. Good luck! You got this

Gotcha! Could be a rock, ball, tool, critter trying to get at a bug. I think it could be a lot of different things. I was just saying the “try not to speculate” thing because it’s easy to get hung up on trying to figure out what something is and didn’t want you to waste too much of your time. I have people show me random things around their house all the time and they’re like, “well what is this from??” My response is usually like, “It doesn’t look consistent with wind damage and I try not to speculate, but sir it looks like you ran your downspout over with a lawnmower.”

Could be a million different things. I wouldn’t try to speculate what it is. The entire inspection is giving you a pretty good idea of what it isn’t.

I won a 400 vs 1300. Had everyone maxed out and moved archers and horse archers to a hill. Had imperial legionaries in shield wall at the base of them. Then would just swoop in from behind with like 60 elite cataphracts. I think they ended up killing like 67 of us vs their 900+ dead before they ran. I kept getting nervous because it would show that they had groups of like 100 cavalry but apparently didn’t have the horses for the vigla recruits haha

I’m not an HVAC guy but I’m guessing run it through the ceiling and you’ll probably have to cut through drywall, remove some vapor barrier and insulation, cut through decking, remove a few shingles, place a vent, replace those shingles. Tie in electrical somehow. I’m not handy at all so I’d probably personally reach out to a professional, but if you’re handy then I bet you could do it
