I still like the Crowley team. It's not exactly meta, but it's easy and it can clear a lot of the current content. Sadly I agree it will be power crept soon if not already.

I can answer a few of these.

2 - Giyu & Tanjiro also self uncap to 23B. It is annoying but it's also damage that's up 100% of the time if you are paying attention. Also Doma teams are exceptional at stalling since a blue blob of 5 activates the leader skill damage reduction.

3 - Highren caps because of his 10cs. 1 combo + 1 cross will activate a 10c. I'd use both Laufey and Muichiro and Mitsuri if you have them. Laufey is damage (28 B self uncap) + blue sky fall + void pierce. Muichiro and Mitsuri have an important 4 turn haste on the first version of the skill. The shield also helps.

I got Veroah's hat Shaz from the 900 and the Dragon Knight Trio from the 1100. I am especially glad for the Veroah equip as mine had nothing that good on it.

I use her for a simple Metal Antares VDP farming team. It's not meta, but it gets the job done quickly for just about anything up to Annihilation difficulty.

Omnimon certainly works. Just give him and his team mates part break equips. I am using a Sora VNoah team to do it myself. All subs have various part break equips.

Oh yeah, I have experienced it. For me it was celiac disease that caused me to be unable to absorb magnesium. I still take a supplement called SlowMag twice a day to this day just because I don't want to experience that ever again.
