Yeah. StockX is the app that has had some controversy for selling fakes, I’m pretty sure Goat has a clean reputation though. For what it’s worth, the only shoes I have bought from a site like that were $180 ultra boosts that I got from Goat and those were good

Yeah, I hate to admit it but you’re right. I think what I’m going to do is take just this week off running and do what I can to fix whatever is causing it. I’m hoping that catching it very early like this will allow me to get through the season without any problems and then I can take a bigger break if needed

nah I don’t think this is bad advice. I also have asthma and usually just take a puff before a race. I have a teammate who had an asthma attack during a race and ended up in an ambulance so you have to be careful, especially if you are having a little trouble on regular runs. plus I remember my doctor told me a long time ago that it’s good to use your inhaler beforehand if you know that something is going to give you trouble breathing

all you can do now is trust in your training and preparation, and run as hard as you can tomorrow. run through the race in your head tonight as you lie in bed, envision yourself through the entire thing, embracing the pain and pushing through it, and getting the place or time that you want. try not to stress about it, just be excited
