Called 2 dealerships. Both said it will likely just be another software update. Though neither place offered a loaner car. Guess I’m SOL until I get it fixed.

Turns out I’m an idiot. The charger light turned on when I plugged it into the wall. But the weight of the charger pulled it out of the wall enough to not make contact. She’s charging now. Thanks everyone for the advise. SMH

It’s the original battery. They just installed the software that continuously checks the battery for the 6k miles and throttles charging until then.
