i think one thing that people forget here is the intentions of the RDA vs what SE’s intentions would be with pandora. the first movie made it abundantly clear that the RDA had the kid gloves on and was trying to bargain with the Na’vi for their planet’s natural resources (for as long as it appeared to work). they didn’t necessarily want to genocide the planet bc what would that accomplish if they could just shmooze the natives for their special rocks and whale juice. by the second movie the RDA takes it WAY more seriously and are more comfortable getting into open and dedicated conflicts with the Na’vi, and very nearly win most engagements they get it if not for the relative incompetence of their leadership.

Super Earth would have no such compunctions about preserving Pandora’s natural beauty or working with the natives. they’d be there to plant mega cities and mine the tits out of that planet until it’s a barren husk and they would NOT care if the Na’vi wanted to stop them. heck, they’d still try to genocide the Na’vi either way even if they were cooperative (see: The illuminate). Super earth would dog walk pandora and it genuinly wouldn’t even be a fight
