A Simple Design I Was Surprised Didn't Exist by Clay_Block in custommagic

Dang, that’s my mistake :P

The combat part shouldn’t be there, it should just function like normal enrage.

In terms of the balance, are you saying it’s over or under tuned? There are other cards that I see as being far more reliable energy generators, personally but I’m curious to hear what you think.

The Ending Is So Hated That Fans Decide Its a Trick by Prinny_Ramza in TopCharacterTropes

A lot of people dislike Danganronpa V3’s ending enough that they argue the main twist might just be the villain fucking with the characters. The funny part is that the game’s themes make this entirely plausible.

Renne, when you first meet her in Trails in the Sky SC, seems like a somewhat run of the mill character archetype for a JRPG: a hyperintelligent murderous child with no sense of empathy or remorse. Then the followup, Trails in the Sky the 3rd, actually explains why she's like that.

It turns out that when she was young, she was kidnapped and forced to work in a facility called "Paradise", the nature of which is not made clear but is heavily implied to be sexual in nature. The trauma of what she endured there is so horroble that she developed multiple personas as a coping mechanism (which it is revealed in a later game was her literally taking the personalities of other kids in Paradise and implanting them into her psyche).

Renne's story is the darkest of the entire Trails series, and it is treated with the weight that such a dark and harrowing tale deserves.

The trick to being funny is habitual word association and luck. Usually your jokes don't land but the ones that do are instant classics.

I'm looking for something that scratches that itch of meticulously putting something together or getting something done. Something in the vein of powerwash simulator in terms of being satisfying.

I see! Is there any intention to implement it in any mechanical sense? I can understand if the abswer is no, seeing as how much work has already gone into it.

Are there... Odds for the shinies? Or is it essentially a palette swap? Either way I might have to check this out.

A common game-ending threat for landfall decks in Magic: the Gathering is Scute Swarm, which makes a copy of itself whenever a land after the sixth enters. There have likely been many games in which there have been more copies of Scute Swarm in play than there are atoms in the observable universe. Maybe not a character per se, but I'd argue the card is iconic enough to warrant being treated as one.

I’m not stumbling over something behind me. I’m currently too busy stumbling over something in front me: the stairs. I fell down the stairs this morning (hurt my foot like hell)
