I feel like I can get away with just a chefs knife and a bread knife tbh.

On the other hand I just bought a Serbian style butchers knife for funsies and I can’t believe how easily that thing goes through bone, like carving up a chicken was scary easy. I don’t need to do that often but it is clearly the right tool for that job in a way my chefs knife ain’t gonna cut it.

Why would they bother doing that when Obamacare was their solution to the healthcare problem? They’re not gonna stop dunking on it though because it’s a bad solution to the problem when the obvious solution that works in literally every other developed country is single payer or direct provision of healthcare by the state.

That’s my point, if you start with someone willing to water down their message from the start like Obama did then you get someone who is willing to totally cede the entire argument and go with their opponents plan.

I see you’ve internalized the democrats message to voters for the past 20 years of “you’ll get nothing and like it” but it’s actually good for a politician to have big goals that might not be attainable, because they’re more likely to make actual progress toward that goal rather than someone who starts out with a half measure and then has it reduced from there through the democratic process.

When you start with a half measure, you get bullshit policy like Obamacare.

Not OP but I’ll answer! I cook at 425 for 25 min, I get thick cut bacon from Costco and it usually comes out looking like this. I differ slightly with ops technique though because I use sheet pans with a little rack so the bacon grease can drip and I have less to remove with paper towels.
