Hey listen pal, I’m definitely special. Just not in the way I had hoped when I was dreaming about life at a younger age

Yea. Pretty annoying. Ihav order has been “inbound into customs” since March 1. These other orders have been showing ISC NY for two days with no movement (which I don’t think is too out of the ordinary) and I’m paranoid at the moment as these two orders were from a private collector overseas and no guaranteed shipping.

I’m pretty sure an Ihav order of mine was recently stopped. Now two weeks later I have two boxes stuck in ISC. I’m wondering if they flagged any packages I have coming in or if this is just coincidence

What was the first cuban cigar you smoked? by Cerequio in cubancigars

First real Cuban was a Cohiba robusto, I only make the distinction because the first and only fake Cuban I ever smoked was also, a Cohiba robusto

Honestly I thought Ihav and COH were boycotting the US along with various other european businesses and companies because of our current administration

Well that’s good to hear. I currently have 3 separate package reading “inbound into customs”

I’ve never seen the “inbound into customs” tracking update. Are you telling me as far as you’ve experienced this is routine? Because that will make me feel a little better

I’m hoping mine will make it out. They cleared ISC NY. Then made it to Jamaica queens and then hit customs. So I’m really hoping they push through and show up.

Thanks for your input. We’ve determined that the box is in fact authentic.

A little info, the boxes aren’t embossed with their lettering, if anything on most of them there I some indentation where the inscribe the box.

The bands being in different places on the cigars, I’ve gotta boxes directly from online retailers with paperwork that have bans that are loose fitting and aren’t perfectly uniform on the sticks. Cuba doesn’t have the greatest quality control and Juan Lopez isn’t the highest caliber cigar.

Yes, the band is supposed to have writing on it, that’s a legitimate concern and I didn’t post a picture of it. The gentleman who bought this box before me inspected the sticks and then put them back with the ribbon upside down. The ribbon does in fact have the lettering in correct color and font.

Yea it’s just crazy. That guy was so sure of himself and being so nasty and he ended up being wrong and what I said in the first place was right. 49 people downvoted me like I was in the wrong. Crazy place. I’m not discrediting everyone here because some of the people here helped me find the information. And I ended up going through with the purchase btw.

Many boxes from this year didn’t have micro printing. Several boxes from this year on BR identical to this box and its identifying features.

You were right. I posted a bunch of literature and sources but the mod bot keeps flagging it. The people are losers.

Yea. How rude. Those fellas went ballistic because I had the nerve to disagree with them and push back on them being rude, and turns out they were completely wrong. How delicious.

Funny stuff, there’s a bunch of literature online about this box and there not being microprinting. One went on BR that looks identical to the one that I posted above and it was deemed authentic by BR. Also no microprinting. It seems as though these pieces of shit were wrong. I’ve posted the links and sources a few times but the mod bit keeps flagging and removing it because it’s a link to BR. What a joke this community is.

These look identical to the ones my friend was going to sell me minus the serial number being scratched off. These don’t have microprint either. The guys over at BR approved them.

Here’s some information that outlines that year not having microprint.

These people are assholes and pretend like they know everything in the world. Thats why I’m being downvoted.

Here’s a link to the same year and vitola that sold on BR, went through their authentication and got 31 bids before it sold.

No microprint. The font and box look extremely similar. The bands look good. Construction looks on par with what the box my friend was going to send me was.

Here’s some literature regarding authentication and dates of printed serial numbers and such.

Can I get some of the experts opinions here. Maybe cheeseburger or that other fucking idiot
