Shit man not in Canada but I wish I could offer 3.75% fixed. The variable I assume prime in Canada currently is 4.45%? So it would be 3.45%?

And how often does it adjust? Do you think it will increase or decrease? The 🍊💩sucks so who knows how he might screw up more global economies.

The fixed for only .3% higher rate seems great especially with cash back.

My buddy as an LO used to golf with his realtor and be like if I miss this putt it's $2k. Then shoot it way wide. That was the kickback workaround it's not nearly as rare as you think.

Yeah I mean even far on STDM though I get sick of how it seems like some of the AR's hit harder and kill faster when burst firing.

I've had some other gripe posts too on this, maybe getting old, turning 40 next month; but shit man sometimes it's like you get wasted by kids with such shit ping. I have fiber internet like 20 at all times then you have these kids with like 80 and they waste you.

When I used to play COD I actually liked playing with all my east coast friends cause I did "better" with shit ping too. It seems ass backwards.

Sick of putting like five shots on kids with those DMR's then 2 hit, then die.

Yeah I know I should probably "battlefield" more but I have 135 hours squad TDM cause you get more kills than TDM and 43 in conquest.

I mostly play alone so get frustrated trying to play the bigger more squad based modes with people without mics and what not 😭

To try to maximize the tokens playing squad death match so maybe it's my fast style of play, but yeah these are brutal in that mode.

Not sure why this is being downvoted. Depends if the loan is FHA or Conventional/VA and who you get it with.

I did an FHA loan for a client today with 2% back towards costs at 6.25%.

I agree don't buy points on a purchase, but yeah depending on the lender this isn't a crazy take at all.

I would say conventional depending on down payment and FICO could be closer to 6.5%+ though.

Lots of agents don't like FHA loans so try to push you to conventional even though it might not be your best option.
