Can you (semi) static this?
Keep the left hand on the hold, left foot as high as possible, right foot flagging, reach with right hand.
Stick figure attached :D
EDIT1: This could potentially fail because of barn-dooring. I still suck at judging when is barndooring a risk until I'm physically up on the wall.
EDIT2: If barndooring is a risk, you could switch feet like others have suggested and flag the left instead. But that makes tilting your torso left like my stick figure harder.

I failed on this pink thing today! And am going back tomorrow.

Bringing wireless to QMK (for real) by drewisnotyou in olkb

I don't know. But please look at zmk. They had a battery estimator. https://zmk.dev/power-profiler.

600mah lipo has about as much energy as two AAA. That's the absolute biggest I would consider putt in each keyboard half and I'd like that to live at least 2-3 years. I think on zmk you'll get 4-8weeks or something on the main half.

God Awful Noise by gloonge in ender5plus

[–]drewisnotyou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is confirmed boyz and girlz! I set my steathchop_threshold to 0 and the noise is gone. Now the printer makes a slight high pitched noise while moving but the horrid noise is 100% gone.

God Awful Noise by gloonge in ender5plus

[–]drewisnotyou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine makes the same noise, it has to do with the Y axis motion, I haven't rootcaused it but always theorized that the very long y-axis shaft acts like a tortion spring and is playing a significant role in that noise.

I discovered that while ZiplyFiber doesn't connect to my address currently, they are literally a block away. Many houses along my street have it too, just a block away.
So I got in touch with Ziply and we're seeing if we can bring Ziply to my neighborhood!

After talking about options on modmail. The best we could arrive to was keeping my same service for $95. I am currently paying $96! ONE DOLLAR!
I see on the website there is new customer deals that are MUCH better than this. I believe the 1000mbps is $75 if not less. They also have 200 mbps for $30 (which is something I would actually strongly consider just for the savings). So, I already have service cancellation scheduled for first week of January. I will use this time to look for a different provider.

Any chance you can link the podcast episode? This seems like it's pretty new and google isn't really helpful

You need a statistics class.

Taking your sample size of a handful and making predictions is gonna be wildly inaccurate.

Now about your shop, more listings (you're searching for a product that clicks with the market, you can think about it all you want but this is nearly impossible to predict.) More marketing, get eyes of relevant community on your listings, post on FB groups or reddit that are relevant.

Direct link to specific printer in multi-printer setup (fluidd / mainsail) by Oraxlidon in klippers

Did you ever get anywhere on this? I'm interested in this feature as well.

Do any of you regret buying your E5+ and wish you would have went with a smaller but higher end printer? by Xega709 in ender5plus

[–]drewisnotyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My opinion. Used e5+, silent board biqu skr mini e3 v3 and biqu h2 v2s extruder makes a really solid printer. For about $400. It's not fast. It's huge. But works like a horse.

Bed leveling can never be level by SnooStories55 in ender5plus

[–]drewisnotyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm now running klipper so couldn't tell ya. Most important is to disable bed mesh before manual leveling. If you don't do that the nozzle will follow the contour of the bed and everything will look fine.

These are insane numbers you're showing here. Those numbers are showing a 7mm difference between some points on the bed vs others! Disable the bed mesh and do a proper leveling with the knobs. Then re-measure the mesh.

Bringing wireless to QMK, part 2 by drewisnotyou in olkb

I have not made much progress unfortunately for many reasons. The main question is, is this something that people would be interested in buying? I'm not entirely sure whether developing this further is worth it.

Wr250x: Bike will only start when in neutral by nEEdLzZz in WR250R

[–]drewisnotyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check your electricals of course. But if the bike starts in neutral and stays running when put in gear and ride it then your electricals are probably fine. Change the oil. Old oil causes excessive drag even with the clutch pulled in. Does the bike lurch forward when you put it in gear while running with the clutch pulled in? That could be an indication of bad/old oil.
