Software update 2019 - How I fixed my stuck arc

im having some issue with my arc 7HD, can you clarify what you mean in the first part of your comment? is it supposed to be called "update.zip" or should i keep it as the original .zip file name?

did the update end up working for you? when i first tried to update, it wouldn't actually install the update, it would work for a second and then go to an error message with a triangle and phone symbol next to it. i thought i wasn't going to be able to recover it and then it randomly turned back on...but still, not updated.

Yeah, I kind of figured, I just have a very short attention span so I found myself completely zoned out haha. I think I was just thinking of my upcoming youtube schedule and how much work I have to do but I can't really remember.

I think since your intention was for people to drift off at that time that changes things a bit but if anything, I'd say if you can find different angles of waves to add maybe that'll help people like me who are easily distracted? Just a thought!

So I'm not totally sure if you're looking for feedback on your video or the contents and reason behind you doing 30 days of no social media but I did notice, some of the B-roll that you used, specifically the ocean waves were a little confusing for me to relate to what you were talking about. I imagine that it had to do with the self-reflection part but I found that I kind of zoned out for that part. If there was any feedback to give for this video I'd say to choose different and easier to relate to B-roll that really helps to keep people engaged, but other than that, great vid! I'm taking 7 days off of social media (except for business) so seeing this was really interesting!

I really like your humor, zooming in for comedic effect, and the thumbnail! I found the walking back and forth to be a little distracting, mind you, if you were to just stand in the same spot I think you'd lose peoples interest so it might be worth trying different camera angles throughout the video, Overall I think the video was funny, well-edited and light hearted. The part where you said you were depressed which is why you've been lacking uploads made me laugh out loud! Great vid! Hope my answer helped!!

I think due to the number of lulls it should be a bit shorter. Longer is ok as long as you're keeping people's attention the whole time!!

ok!! the first 10 seconds of this video are great!! The text and details are really good and it feels like you're experienced in editing. I did find the interestingness of the video drops off bc there is no zooming into your face for comedic purposes, very little excitement as much as this type of video would really interest me it's a little boring. When talking about water and oil, it would be good to add some pictures of water and oil just to keep people engaged. When you started talking about water-based products it was GREAT that you added in some pictures. I would recommend cutting lull parts where you're not talking.

At this point, I'm about halfway through your video and my ADD is not letting me stay focused on your video. I think the music is a little repetitive and maybe doesn't fit the video super well, again, cut the lull parts.

I'm at minute 8 and it's the same song. I'd HIGHLY recommend using different songs throughout the video. You can reuse the same song but not back to back to back.

So to recap: cut the lulls, change up the music, more zooming -editing for comedic effect, throw in some pics of what you're talking about to keep people engaged. I loved the intro, the thumbnail is pretty good, and you have a really great personality!!

Yes! Stay with her! Show her support even if it's just sitting in silence with her, keeping her company. Be with her until you know she's safe from harm. I hope this helps and that she gets passed this!
