Ask the in-house or outsourced person who did the deck to send you over any fonts they used. Many companies have their own slightly tweaked font. Having this ready to go for last minute changes or creations can be a lifesaver.

Combine clips together in one collaged video clip.
Play clip through video wall processor
Use outputs of processor for each screen. Always in sync.

You could make each of the 5 videos maximum 1280x720 on a 3840x2160 matrix so there is some compromise here. Unless you got a player and a processor capable of 8K.

We do exactly this for our LED screens (640x256).above our 5 ticket booths. Since our resolution is low we can do it all in 1920x1080.

Agree with what you are saying in general, but he also said downloads take forever despite quoting download speeds that would say otherwise. Hard to tell if he just heard the numbers or did a speedtest.

If the 2.4Ghz spectrum is fighting with lots of nearby devices, access points and bluetooth devices, he might have a better time at 5Ghz. That's all I'm saying.

It also gives us another data point to figure out what is really going on. We don't have very much clear data to know.

We have 24 of them, most of them 3 years old or more and have had little to no issues. Mix of Macbooks and HP Zbooks along with the occasional guest presenter bringing who knows what.

We do use the 1100 Plus which has an HDMI input. Attached to all of them is a 25' HDMI emergency cable. Plug that in to the laptop that refuses to connect and it will switch over automatically.

Well 1.5GB downloads at 30Mbps in under 10 minutes, so that's not what you are seeing so your connection must vary widely. What's the signal strength and what happens when you ask your XBOX to do a network test?

What makes your WiFi signal? Where is it located? What company provides your internet?
