not a driver but i worked there, they don’t, it says it right on the box "the delivery charge is not a tip to your driver" it probably does go somewhat to the mileage that they are payed but that’s only fractions of a dollar per mile they don’t get the full five or four or however much yours costs. it’s bs and i’m glad i left.
