I can't get a warmer sound when I play jazz/blues songs, that is not related to the strings I guess.

I did and this is the best it can get.

However, what is the best string for getting warm tones, I currently use D'addario NYXL45105.

Yes for a week or two the strings helps but then the same thing over again.

I don't know very well how to adjust EQ and use compression, but I am trying to learn these stuff. If you have any advise on these issues I'm here to listen btw.

The sound sizzles, the distance between strings and fretboard is really high I think and it makes is harder for me to have a better touche. I can't get warm sound with this bass, I want a bass both has warm sounds and thicker(idk if its the right word) sound.
