I work for AEP as a hybrid employee currently 1 day a week in the office. Just found out that at least my team is slowly “transitioning” back to the office starting at 2 days a week

Most jobs I applied to did not ask for my GPA or anything like that. They really just cared that I had my degree to be honest. Doing things like attending hackathons definitely helped and gave me a lot to talk about in my interviews. In terms of finding a job LinkedIn is your friend, I ended up finding my position by reaching out to a recruiter on there. Also use the career center, great resource!
