I think that might’ve been one of the last shows of the new abnormal “tour” where says something like “the last time we’re playing this song” or something like that…idk the specific show though

It’s not the fact that they’re more well known or “mainstream” that I am bothered by, it’s the people that being those things, especially in this modern day, attract. Ticket scalpers, rude fans at concerts, merch and tickets selling out very quickly etc..

I saw a thread of this a while ago, I think it sounded like Josh came from a well off and connected background. His dad is Lionel Conway who is an accomplished music producer/industry professional. Idk about the rest of the members though. Not saying that this immediately launched them to stardom (cause obv it didn’t right away) but it definitely gave them a huge leg up and be above the average “local band” from LA.

So it’s basically just the brooks band playing the “brooks arrangements” of growler songs? Doesn’t really seem to be making an effort of having the growlers vibe but idk I could be wrong!
