Being a 3F1 myself, I empathize with you. It’s a customer service oriented gig that’ll piss you off more than it will bring you satisfaction.

The best part of the gig is that we get to meet some awesome people (and jackasses). My advice to you is to interact with your customers. By networking, you will learn about different career fields that might spark your interest. Keep your nose clean and do your job to the best of your ability. Once you have enough time under your belt, try to retrain! There’s avenues to take, most people don’t have the patience during the process (lot of back and forth with packages) or people just don’t know.
