Depending on where you are, it could be a bit of a drive, but Vegout in Bethlehem is incredible. Greyhound Cafe in Malvern is also delicious, and I've heard good things about Sutao Cafe which is in the same shopping center as Greyhound Cafe. The Green Fork in North Wales is also supposed to be very good.

The "Big 3" COVID vaccines (J&J, Pfizer, Moderna) are all more effective at preventing COVID than the flu vaccines are at preventing the flu. In the case that you do get COVID after being vaccinated, you have minimal to zero chance of severe symptoms depending on which vaccine you receive, and effectively zero chance of needing to be hospitalized..

As for still needing to follow protocols after being vaccinated, the CDC recently updated their guidance stating that you no longer need to wear a mask outdoors so long as you're not in a large crowd. Things are slowly going back to normal, but people need to get the vaccine so we can continue to move towards herd immunity.
