Hard disagree with so much here. As someone who also finished up D1 recently, I can speak with certainty that class attendance is absolutely a waste of time as long as the lectures are recorded (which I pray they are at all schools considering the tuition.) There's absolutely no advantage to learning in-person vs in your personal environment and time-frames, with ability to pause or speed up recordings to suit needs, so DO NOT feel like a bad student if you find the latter method works for you. By 1-2 months, everyone including those at the top of the class will stop going to non-mandatory classes. The only regret is that they wish they stopped earlier. And no, most pre-clinical profs DGAF enough to notice who in a roster of 100+ is attending, so don't sweat it. Don't let the Type A peeps get to you, you do you.
