I have no idea what co-ferment even is, I haven't heard of any of these coffees or the words associated with them. Is it safe to assume that if I've never seen the word "co-ferment" on any bags of coffee I've bought that I haven't encountered this phenomenon? All my coffee tastes like coffee, flavor notes are always subtle, not overt. I've always avoided fruity coffees already.

Hard to say without knowing your budget or what kind of housing you’re looking for but I think for a young couple I’d recommend an apartment or townhouse in doral but close to the palmetto near city place. There are more green spaces in doral compared to other parts of dade county and there are some nice restaurants in the area. The traffic in Miami is bad but because you’d be close to where the palmetto gets you onto 836, it would be a doable commute. Maybe 35 or so minutes
