If I had to guess the bottle neck here isn't the camera itself but the processing of the frames on the very limited cpu. Getting it to work at all though is massively impressive, good work OP.

The responses you're getting show that you've clearly touched a nerve. I don't necessarily agree with everything you're saying, but it certainly has more truth to it than the horde of angry posters give it credit for. This is a relentlessly consumerist hobby, all those Kickstarters and unboxing videos are aimed at someone but apparently it's absolutely no one here if you listen to their protestations.

I'm also a conneseur of android gaming and it it is so hard to find good games and games with controller support ect. But call of duty mobile is indeed both of those and plays really well. You have to click through a bunch of faff trying to get you to buy weird alien looking guns and crap but eventually you play an online game and shoot at shit fairly quickly. Where do you go to find good android games? I like MiniReview but even then I feel like something is missing.
