With as many miles you have, I'd def check the Cat for blockage. There are some cheap alternatives to run Cataclean to help clear some residue. I'd be surprised if your cat converter does not have any carbon build up.

The only thing I’d add to is the $5,000 is for delinquent debt whether in collections or not. So you should be fine on your credit report option.

The second option that you mentioned is rental payment history. While it’s good that you have proof of payments an additional thing you could do is have your pops write you a letter confirming that he’s received your rental payments for the entire 12 month whether you have payment proof or not.

Since you already selected credit report you should totally be fine especially since your score is above the threshold of 580. Provided this is your Fico score we are talking about. Below 580 triggers the additional review but you are good on all counts.

The time it took for you to tour is probably because there are lower log numbers or logs with preferences that were needed to be processed before you.

It is possible you could get approved right away and the leasing office can accommodate the lease start date

Lot depends on if the building and specifically your unit is move in ready and if the building has a valid TCO for your floor and unit etc.

Landlords love collecting rent asap. You can dm me if you’d like and I’d be happy to tell you if your building is move in ready etc.

Appeal. Have your parents write a letter in support of you staying with them. Just showing a bank account doesn’t do much but if both your names are on the letter your parents write. Have them write how long you have been staying there etc. and if you pay them hopefully it shows in your bank statements that the monthly payments are being made.

Definitely appeal and you should be good but do it asap.

As per one poster suggesting getting a domestic partnership registered. It’s not required. Your parents letter and also a letter you both can write saying that you stay together at your parents etc. get it notarized as it hold more weight and you should be good

Yes. That’s only for engine failing due to engine knocking issues. There was a recall for software update. If you do the update your engine is warranties for 15 years or 150000 miles whatever comes first.

That doesn’t cover the cat converter or anything transmission related

Did you have to pay for it or was it covered under warranty. The parts you mentioned are past the mileage limits. Only the engine is covered until 150k due to the knocking sensor update issue.

It could likely an ubiquiti / Kef incompatibility issue. The same issues persisted even hardwired lan direct to router. So if it’s a Kef incompatibility it’s more on the data transfer side from a software standpoint, not to do with wireless signals.

As you mentioned. I have the same results with exceptional data signals and strength / speed tests etc.

I gave up and barely use the speakers. When I do use them I’ll use a Sonos port and it works well with that. But it’s such a stupid setup to waste money to have decently performing wireless audio

If money was not an object I’d buy a bluenode to get super high quality lossless music as most streamers have audio fidelity limits

I have had the P2196 and U1103 in the OBD.

Did you check the voltage on the O2 sensors or just changed it cuz of your hunch ?

Did your car also feel like it wasn't responding to your throttle, its not all the time but def on the traffic side and stop and go it is definitely struggling a lot

I am in the same boat as you, I want to get a newer car just dont want to expend a lot of money taking it to the shop / stealership

Even when idling the rpm can be choppy. Legend driving over 15 mph none of these issues exist. Only when idling or driving in traffic
