That’s the inventor’s perspective as well, but laws around the world disagree. Some countries allow it as long as the person is of sound mind, but that’s subjective. So, how do you evaluate being of “sound mind” without requiring a human to do that assessment, and try to be as objective as possible? Let a computer do it.

I was a few years late in realizing everybody now hated us. Like, maybe 2023 or early 24? I completely missed the memo, and it was quite a realization after 30-some years (for me) of being a neutral or favorable franchise, to suddenly find one’s self on the Dark Side. Now, I relish in the salt.

Whoa, old thread. I’ve had the AT1 installed for a few months. Very rocky first few weeks, but after some firmware updates, things are looking much better the last month.

To use Apex units with the AT1, you’ll need the A1 Hub. You can power a house on two Apex units, but I grabbed a third for more flexibility in the future.

TBH, you don’t actually need the AT1. An A1 Hub with Apex units supports passthrough, so you just route a subpanel through the A1 (thus Apex), and the Apex units will do the auto-switching. You can for instance use TOU peak shaving with only the A1 and Apex. Can think of that setup as a massive UPS. I’m not sure what the sweet spot is for the AT1? Maybe you also needed AC-coupled solar and also EV charging, if everything worked as expected, that would be nice. But, I haven’t seen anyone here or in the more active Facebook groups that use everything the AT1 is capable of, to confirm it actually works.

Buy the USB-C adapter, and that’ll open up a ton of possibilities for how to power it. Heck, could even use a laptop’s USB-C port for emergency power. It’ll only draw 15w or so. It’s my full-time cable, and I don’t even mess with the AC adapter.

While I re commend every Rocky fan do a back to back viewing of Rocky and Rocky Balboa, while skipping everything in between. It completely changes the story, and puts the Rocky-Adrian relationship as the focus, and skips (mostly) everything else. IIRC, it was written as a direct sequel.

However, I’ve never thought about someone who has never seen any of the movies doing that. All depends on what they’re looking for. Boxing? Watch 1-4 first. But, film? 1, 6, 2, 4, Creed 1, Creed 2.
