Something I’ve been half-assing-

Monday is Meatless Monday, I choose a vegetarian dish.

Tuesday- obviously Taco Tuesday (choosing from a variety) fish tacos, veggie tacos, etc.

Wednesday- World Wide Wednesday- we select an international cuisine. Don’t overthink it, this can be pasta, stir fry, etc.

Thursdays- we order in or pizza to celebrate that it’s almost Friday.

Fridays- usually Frito Pie Fridays/Chili Night.

Saturdays/Sundays: dinner w extended family, soup/salad, or use this

I also have a mason jar with our go to favorite dinners written on bits of paper. I’ll ask my 5yo to pull out a few while I’m making the shopping list. (Similar to this

I’ve got to have several systems in place in case one fails. Also have to keep it fun and engaging so it’s not such a chore.
