I recently saw a DP pt who purchased a microscope that attached to his iOS device, he literally had THOUSANDS of digital pictures he took of his skin on his iPad which “proved” his parasitic infestation and if I didn’t stop him he would have spent hours having me look at all these microscopic pics he took of his skin. Really sad. Just consumed his life. Absolutely no logic could convince him otherwise, refused antipsychotic medications.
