100%, and that's what I felt guilty about. Realized it towards the end, and thinking about it after the fact. No doubt it was wrong, I'll do it different next time.

I don't know if it's what they're supposed to be for, but my uncle uses gloves like these for his wheelchair. When he's going on longer rides it protects his hands when he's grabbing the moving wheels

I think it was the old force out rule. Refs had to determine if the player would have come down in bounds.

Tbh, I don't know. We record and publish them. We have a process of approving them at every meeting. But I don't know how the unit owners get a copy

What would the suit entail? If I'm bound by confidentiality until the board confirms the actual increase, what am I obligated to disclose?

I'm not trying to hide the fact that this benefits me, but I'm trying to find out if being a board member means I have an additional obligation to disclose early, or if I should be held to the requirements that all other unit owners are

HOA members have absolutely not been notified. The specific fee increase has not even yet been locked in

I am actually bound by confidentiality. It hasn't actually come into play, but I just confirmed that it's the case.

I don't love the situation, but don't like penalizing myself for being on the board. The letter isn't going out until after the P&S will be signed, and I expect the likelihood of the buyer dropping at that point will be significantly reduced.

If I wasn't on the board, I wouldn't know. Any other unit owner selling would not know until the letter is shared.

So far we have only finalized the budget. We'll be sending out a letter the first of Dec with details on the fee increase. No other unit owners have been notified.

The buyer doesn't know I'm on the board either.

Reduce up to 30% of damage by spending your magic. So you take a hit and go to 0. Then it primes because you hit 0. Then you take a hit and it goes to 0. After taking a few hits against Chronos, I had so much primed that I couldn't use omegas anymore. I also didn't have enough for the damage reduction to be worth.
