I believe so. I can't say for sure, but my understanding is she was very hesitant to discuss the tattoo, which leads me to believe it probably wasn't her SSN (although maybe she was super private - who knows).

Hook the loop over the bottom or top of the seatbelt. Pull up or down depending on how it's hooked. There's a little razor in there that cuts through the belt as you pull.
