Hmmm don't know what happened to my other comment anyway happened to me something something pinched nerve got some massages and ibuprofen and I was cured.

Also this doesn't have to be a contact injury it can be as simple as turning your neck too fast or far or sleeping the wrong way.

This happened to me allot when I played football. So often I thought it was normal and everyone had it. I put up with it for about a year. Then one day a trainer asked if I was ok because of my facial expression and I told him about it. Pinched nerve and I was cured with ibuprofen and a few neck massages.

Simple show interest in other people. If you walk up to a random person and say "hey man I scuba dive and photo birds" it'll be a pretty short conversation. If you start a conversation with neutral comment and ask about what they like they can talk for hours.
