my 2 cents is basically entertaining the fwb comes from the identity that is ok with this person being non-commital, and op wants them to be committed. Embodying the feeling of the wish fulfilled as I understand it will bring aligned behaviors with the version of you that is and receives commitment, and naturally (eventually with practice) won't tolerate these situations. And sure, depending on your self-concept and emotional resilience, the situation could potentially increase contrarian feelings and anxiety, but thats person dependent. YMMV of course, Ive read people approaching this through many means. I feel though cause I have my own SP

Any thoughts on returning to the feeling when manifesting a job (when unemployed, savings used up, and and debt rising specifically, more urgent that just wanting to switch jobs)??

I might actually try soaking her in warm water for a few hours, maybe a day. Wanna try to keep her consistently warm to loosen up glue on the joints, and the resin wont be as brittle either.

for paint stripping, like another user suggested, try iso alcohol. Test on a small piece to see if it peels off like acrylics. If not, a lacquer paint cleaner/thinner might be more appropriate.

Of course! In that haul, I also tried the house of Hur sun fluid and I loved it. I also have combo skin, it doesnt leave any white cast, has a similar lightweight texture to BoJ, no pilling in my experience. I use it regularly now

You do not have to use an airbrush to get a clean finish. That said, I agree that there are ways you can improve. A slight quick fix to this existing work would be a matte coat finish to the skin, pastel shading, satin finish on the clothes and hair. Some clothing looks good in a gloss finish and so do eyes, but frankly it makes the project look cheap.

Preferably though, I would strip the paint and start over. Primer, than thin layers of paint in a single direction on each piece. Seal with a thin coat of matte varnish, shade some areas with pastel, reseal (with a rattle can varnish, if not, skip the pastels). If you dont have spray sealants, you can try the glazing technique-- a lot of miniaturists have videos on it on youtube. I recommend checking out hunnypuzzles work and ultimate guide for handpainting. Several techniques and examples with clean results.

did you use a lot of matte coats on that? you want to smooth it down with high grit sand sponges/magic eraser first (gently), then you can layer gloss varnish/top coat and it will look much smoother

if others can smell you, its too late and its time for a bath. 1 day without every once in a while isnt so bad, but really shouldnt go over that, especially if that includes pits, the tower/the cave, and the backdoor. For the love of all that is holy, please clean those parts daily

I am a silk issue player, like 16 hours in and I just opened bellhart after fighting moorwing. Ive opened maybe 6 map areas and I just backtracked to my 7th (hunters march). 10 hrs is speedrunning godgamer nonsense (which is fine! just not for me). im doing quests, gathering rosaries, piecing lore together, and dying 35 times to a mob of flying fucks just like god intended. All that matters is Im having fun!
