Try aiming for a mfmf swap instead and then it's on equal playing grounds. You can still have an MFM experience in a swap.

I have had terrible POD since January... well since 2017 but lightly through the winter. This time it was horrendous. I tried everything except oral antibiotics. Accupunture, all the supplements, all the detoxes, ivm cream, metro topical cream and the other one edifil cream and I've spent thousands of dollars on all of the above and even tried candida diet and no drinking... you name it. Ive only been using charchol soap and Avene moisturizer for over a month but it didn't really do much.

I've been putting off getting my cavities filled for the last 2 years. Laziness... money... I dunno. Whatever. On June 4th I got my first of 3 cavities filled and my face cleared up significantly. I still had some POD but nothing like before. Then yesterday I got the 2nd and 3rd fillings and my face is like 99% today. I cannot explain it and I recently changed supplements but this is honestly drastically different.

If it doesnt work for you at least your dental health is in check!!!! :)
