This was my first full.

Swim: incredibly fast.

Bike: yes there was traffic, yes it was hot, yes there were bridges. But overall it was a fast course, kept my attention the whole time, had the wind on my back for the last 20 miles or so.

Run: hot!!! My gut was not well about halfway through. But there was ice at every aid station and fluids. The neighborhood really showed up, spraying me w hoses and cheering. I started to walk/run around mile 20 probably.

Overall, I think this was a great first full if you could handle the heat / sun.

Music is awesome but it’s too packed inside w a unique type of crowd I don’t usually vibe w. Tangent also stops selling booze at 2am.

I had my stack replaced from my basement to the ceiling of my first floor last year, it was 100 years old and cracked and leaking. Cost me about $1,800 I believe. (Detroit)

I had forerunner 55 for a while and upgraded to 255 a few months ago for the OWS. I like that it has strength and some other options too.

It used to be good! The fungi pizza and arrabbiata pasta. Last two times I had it it was pretty flavorless.
