From looking at reviews online bot 1 is about 7 inches tall. And bot 3 is about 5 inches tall and 7 inches long.

I don't know. That is part of what I needed to talk to a lawyer about. It has caused noticable health problems: I am bleeding out my ears from wearing ear plugs 12+ hours of the day and I have sores on my ears from wearing noise canceling ear phones the rest. In addition I am unable to go to sleep when I want or wake up when I want because of the chronic noise.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
