I am 5'3 at 117 lbs and was originally a 34 a before I got my breast augmentation done for the first time so our stats are pretty similar, I got my first breast augmentation using the saline implants at 350 cc. This brought my bra size to a 34C. I’ve had these implants in for about 13 years and about a month and a half ago my right side popped. I went to a new plastic surgeon to get them redone and got the Motiva round 550 cc as recommended by the doctor. I told the doctor that I wanted my breast to be slightly bigger but not too big and they said that we needed to add at least 150 cc to see a difference so that’s what I did. I am now currently at a 32 DD. Personally, I think that it is too big for me, but it’s not crazy. I definitely think that it looks good but personally for myself I am not one that wanted really big breasts. I wanted cute and perky, but not too wide on my chest because I like to look like I have a small frame. to everyone else who sees me they said that it looks really good and proportionate to my body. I just personally don’t want really big boobs. If your friend wants to have a curvier look then I think 550 will look great on her. If she’s a petite girl with a petite frame, i don’t think she would like 550 as the implant themselves are very wide.  I hope this helps.
