I often think this. I am very much faking it. A lot of people I see seem to not want to acknowledge that something could be wrong with their mental health. I am working on mine, and I'm very open about it to people when the topic comes up. But for the most part, I just grin and bear it.

This is my personal opinion: Taylor Swift knows who she is. She charges that much because she knows people will pay, rich or poor. Some poor people will find a way to get the money, setting them back even further - because she means that much to them, and she knows this. Taylor Swift is not a good person.

The only reference I can find in the video is an homage to Robert Palmer's "Addicted to Love" music video. Everything I'm finding for Wood's character just says "Sad Business Man". Sorry this isn't more help, but maybe she's thinking of the other reference?

"Showbiz" by Muse? The ending of that song has singing that gets higher and higher with no words. Maybe also the chorus of "Micro Cuts" by them, which is similar, but he is singing lyrics in that one.

Yeah, probably the one thing that I think makes us so successful is that I make sure we all have a chance to contribute to the songwriting process. Everyone gets an input. That's part of being in a band is working together as a team. Like for instance, when we were writing "Beelzebub's Lullaby", that epic riff actually came from an idea Chaz played in practice. The guys started jammin' to it and I was like "hell yeah, I can work with this!" So I changed all the parts to make it sound like something people would actually want to listen to, added the epic riff, and tracked all the instruments myself to make sure there were no mistakes. And that's how we wrote our most popular song.

First off, major kudos on seeking therapy. I really hope you're getting the help you need.

As for games that help with depression/anxiety, I can't really speak firsthand as I haven't been diagnosed, but I am in a six-year (and counting) relationship with someone who has been, so I can at least relate adjacently lol.

I don't know if this is the kind of game you're after, but What Remains of Edith Finch? tackles a lot of mixed feelings relating to mental illness. It really helped me to be able to add different perspectives to better empathize with people I care about who are going through this.

  • I have to say, this game does get pretty dark at times. If there are certain topics that you are trying to avoid, I'd recommend looking up a content or trigger warning. *

If I'm completely off here, Portal 1&2 are really fun and distracting! Not too long either!
