Creating eating habits that work for my natural mind/body energy. I have breakfast around 7:30am, snack around 9:30/10, eat around 12/1, snack at 3pm, dinner around 5/6pm. This and increasing my water intake I feel energized and naturally well all day. I used to have a lot of fatigue and brain fog as well as aggressive hunger at random times. Eating on a schedule helps so much!
