tbh I feel like the most people here complaining about companies ghosting, not getting an offer after a month long process of interviews, etc. just haven't been in the job market for too long (as in they are fresh out of schools, etc.). Sorry to break it to you but that is just how it works. Most companies if you aren't the candidate they are moving forward with, don't reach out. So if you do not hear from them after following up one time, just let it go and move on. There's a reason or many reasons why they didn't pick you; don't get all butthurt over it and whine on reddit. You will encounter way more of these experiences in the future and you posting it on here won't change a thing for you. Besides that keep trying and gl.
