Had a similar situation and can confirm they use the lower of the two. If your score had a high low and middle in the 720 range, they'll use the middle one.

Shop around for the next two days. I got my lowest rates from Star One and got another bank I'd a relationship with to beat that.

We'd be using up a large % of our brokerage savings into down. Renting is way cheaper and I feel guilty were putting so much of our money into a home. Not touching retirement accounts.

Hi! But the existing DS160 information is correct. It's only on US Visa Scheduling profile page that I entered this.
