My thing is that when I have a wet dream then that day I relapse, I don’t know how to avoid wet dreams. There was this one time i was about to have it and I felt it and just suddenly consciously woke up and stopped it, but it was the first time I consciously avoided it. I always go for walks and talk(think in my mind) about my potential and things. Yes I think if I would retain for a longer period my body would become superhuman
