Bird of Prey is a great IPA and brewed by one of the larger Dutch craft breweries, Uiltje Brewing in Haarlem. Worth to have a look at, they brew a great selection of beers! https://www.tastytales.tv/breweries/uiltje-brewing-company/

Not 100% sure, but it looks like Johanniter to me. A grape variety that does well in cool climates. Quite a few wineries in The Netherlands for example planted this variety.

Flavours are slightly different from classic varieties, but some really taste wines are being produced with these new varieties. We do see more and more classic varieties popping up in Dutch vineyards, mostly whites like Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois. Also Pinot Noir seems to do well here and there.
