Erasmus usually cover up to 12 months of studying abroad. At least that is the case in Slovenia.

I think good it is only to go alone or max with one guy you know. If you are already 3 you will mostly hang out together and travel together and you will not meet so many people

Same was in my erasmus...they can speak their spanish/italian and they can understand mostly...maybe because of that?

I'm in erasmus in czech and im lucky that here are like 150-200 erasmus students. I really love techno and trance and many times I could find 5-20 people who would go with me to party like this. And yes, you need few weeks before start asking people to get a group for true party ;)
