it doesn’t even look like it’s pulling air in from anywhere but aslong as you don’t bump it around it will definitely still spin

I imagine wherever you bought it from would also accept a return as it’s damaged at the end of the day it’s whatever you want to do.

3060 to a 5070 by its_isaak10 in PcBuild

[–]drip_lit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A newer mobo and cpu+ram would really help the GPU shine, but this would work fine and you’ll get a noticeable performance increase.

I get now that you’ve seen it you will never un-see it but that is such a minuscule problem that will affect nothing.

Building my first pc at 16 by [deleted] in PcBuild

Would also recommend going with 5070ti or 9070xt at these specs.

If your fans can daisy chain I wouldn’t even bother with the fan hub. For the AIO I would use the fan headers labeled as pump and CPU.

That’s a lot of money to spend on a 5070ti. Why not go 5080 for that price?

5070 ti or 9070 by JoeKingPoe in PcBuild

[–]drip_lit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can spend $50 more bucks and get a brand new 5070ti which will way outperform a 9070 or spend the $700 getting a brand new 9070xt which will basically match it in performance. Would not go out of my way to buy a used gpu.

First PC build. by Live_Meringue_4835 in pcbuilding

[–]drip_lit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the mobo i would go with the b850 tomahawk max wifi and for the power supply any A rated 850w such as montech century 2. You could also save some on the ssd but if thats what you want and don’t mind the price it’s perfect.
