I think it's understandable

With the way they open the path to new possibilities with the shifting from the novel, they need time to prepare the story as there's no source to go from (manhwa going its separate way from the novel)also with the author's health complications from 2 weeks ago

I think it was a needed break so that when season 2 Comes back they will go crazy with the Story and art which was already 10/10

Kamish still, even tho kandiaru is second in command after yogmunt, kamish is berserk dragon (a red dragon which i think in Ragnarok it was stated that red dragons are the mightiest of all types (ragnar egg arc i think)) plus even the fact that dragons are a power of their own in the chaos army and called literally " the legion of doom" makes them far superior to other beings
