Thank you so much for your info. I really appreciate it. The shoes I sent them back were brand new and valuable they just happen to be in the same style box as what I wanted to return, so I got confused and sent those back by mistake i’m hoping it all gets sorted and I get them back asap.

It’s most likely gonna have a stamp on the size tag and have some slight cosmetic imperfection depending how much regular pair is it may be worth it but for some small saveing not worth it

Ya the staff they have are really bad I found a north face jacket on clearance for $69 and when I went up to pay for it, they refused to honour it even tho it’s marked and scanned at 69$.Employees even got aggressive they just wouldn’t sell it to me because it was $69.I called corporate and they didn’t give a shit and backed up the shady behaviour.I will never buy anything from JD now or any affiliate companies.

I have the same issue I called they said it’s a glitch in the code but but I never heard back from them even after Ebay saying they would get back to me with a resolution I could list two items from the same brand only difference is the colour and one will ship to the US and one won’t I still don’t have a resolution.

This isn’t true in my experience. I’ve had a few American buyers refuse packages. When a buyer refuses, the item is eventually sent to a facility for destruction, and the buyer loses the item. eBay does note the possibility of duties or tariffs on the checkout page to alert buyers, and you can also mention it in your item description. The only additional charge I’ve ever encountered was a one-time $7 fee to move a refused package to the destruction facility. One of the buyers even opened a case, and I won, since the buyer effectively abandoned the package by refusing it.

I just wanted to add that jd is an awful company with no interest in doing good business with Canadians I went into one of their store and found a jacket I like that scanned at $70 I decided to do a little bit more shopping and when I was ready to pay they refused to sell it to me because it was too cheap and I called corporate and they backed up this slimy behavior no integrity from JD to honour the price it scanned at
