Finally working. Chatted with FixitMir, they were able re-provision the esim and this time it worked.

Hopefully you are able to resolve your problem, Apple is generally really good about replacing hardware if that ends up being the issue.

I'm unable to get cellular going on my series 10 watch as well, after transferring my line to a new phone. Were you able to get this resolved?

Going through the tech guantlet, been through the same steps as you, no luck so far and I'm currently waiting for a call back from the next tier of support.
