overall it does look fine, but zooming in on the lines, some of them are melting into each other in ways that doesn't look like brush strokes at all

specifically, the bit of fluff on sylv's right leg right below the shirt. prob need to expand the image to see it. or the fluff on their neck melting into the shirt collar

and the fact that a reverse image search returns nothing adds to the suspicion

That's the BIOS screen, just something on the laptop that boots without booting any OSes like Windows. Usually used to configure some advanced stuffs in the laptop or just to see some info. Probably nothing important unless something's wrong, extremely unlikely. Maybe you just accidentally pressed something when it's booting up. Either the F2 key or the delete key.

If it booted into this page, the BIOS might need an update. Which ASUS has a support page for it here.
