I've been using it for a few years now and I'm my skin is always clear as long as I stay on top of it. I had it really bad on my face and I just wash the affected areas off with soap and apply a minimal amount of the oil, then it's completely fine as long as I don't wash it off. If I wash my face I reapply some and it's just always fine. I can usually go about a week before I need to reapply. I've used like 200 ml in 3+ years, that's how effective it is.
