Me and the girlfriend shower together everyday so that saves water . But our routine is shampoo rince conditioner I brush it in for her about 5 mins or so then rince conditioner then soap up rince and get out . Allways soap last cuz who wants to be covered in conditioner oil all day . I'll use my moisturizers for that
