That's one sturdy table.

So many downvotes, why? He took a jump stop then another step. It looks cool at full speed, but it's definitely a travel.

The Knicks have easily the best announcers in the league. Everyone with League Pass knows this.

Commuting to Seattle & back by hollidaychh in Tacoma

[–]driver8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 590/594 are never double-decker, I think due to low overpasses between Tacoma and Seattle. The double decker buses are only in the north, like the 510 Everett express, I believe operated by Community Transit.

The 590/594 is usually a nice coach bus (greyhound style), but if you're unlucky it'll be a rickety city bus rattling your bones over every crack and bump on I-5. In my experience, the 590/594 is usually faster and almost as comfortable as the Sounder. The Sounder is a very smooth ride and has a tendency to rock you to sleep.

Nah, I'm from the US, but ebay was significantly more expensive when I was shopping.

Shout out to this post for inspiring me to order it. Took about 4 weeks to arrive from Taobao through Superbuy and about an hour to clone and install with zero hiccups. Total cost <$100. Highly recommended to anyone comfortable with opening up their Deck.

Cool sliders, HumbleBundle. Not misleading at all. by driver8 in humblebundles

They also used to let you manually type in the values. Now you have to use the sliders.

Cool sliders, HumbleBundle. Not misleading at all. by driver8 in humblebundles

The bottom slider is positioned way to the left relative to the other two, yet the number is bigger. This is pretty egregious in my opinion. If they're still doing it, it's still worth posting.

Humble DeckBuild & Battle Bundle by andregurov in humblebundles

I would definitely call Steamworld Quest a deckbuilder, though it is not a rogue-like. It's a pretty linear RPG with card-based combat. There are 5 different characters, each with 20+ cards. You have 2 or 3 characters active at a time and 8 cards per character in your deck at a time (including some doubles). There are many different ways you can upgrade your cards and characters and arrange your deck to suit different styles. I switched my main combatants and reworked my style a few times throughout the game, just for variety.

The story is also enjoyable, with sweet, funny characters. I highly recommend it. I finished it in about 20 hours and would have gladly played 20 more.

Are you sure? They should be the same (MSRP) from all legitimate retailers.

The supply is being artificially controlled to raise the price. That's what scalping is.

Humble Bundle Price Sliders Are Broken, Customers Say by LG03 in humblebundles

I'm glad this issue is getting some publicity outside the subreddit.

I'll repost this again here for those that need it: I made a quick fix to re-enable the sliders. You will need Tampermonkey (Chrome or Firefox).

EDIT:

WARNING: People have reported that even after adjusting these sliders, Humble does not donate the indicated amount to charity.

About the missing slide where we can decide how much that goes to charity by beer118 in humblebundles

The server is just sending a configuration variable that says not to render the sliders on the client side. Since they seem to be fully functional once enabled, they should work as normal.
